Greet Annual Conference attendees with a cup of coffee in the Exhibit Hall. Coffee will be distributed Friday during breakfast, breaks, and lunch in the Exhibit Hall. Your company name, logo, and/or booth number can be placed on coffee sleeves for all of the Friday breaks. Based on a limited quantity of sleeves. Additional sleeves available at additional assigned value.

Engage your target audience through a 30-minute talk, demonstration, or video in one of the Education Theater time slots. This venue is an excellent way to present a new white paper, case study, or the research involved with a new product launch. Each presentation setup will include a screen, podium, basic AV, and seating for approximately 75 plus additional standing room. Presentation schedules will be listed on signage near the entrance to the Education Theater, on the ASPHO website, in the mobile app, plus a verbal announcement in the Exhibit Hall prior to the start of the program.

Hotel key cards for the official Annual Conference host hotels can be printed with your company’s name and message. Hotel key cards will be distributed to meeting attendees staying at the host convention hotels, providing repeated exposure each time an attendee uses his or her room key.
Be among the select few exhibitors to secure this highly visible opportunity! Exhibitor inserts are limited to five (no more than two per company), so your promotion will not be lost among a mass of paper. Room drops are placed at each registered attendee guest room at the host hotels on Wednesday evening in time for the opening of the Exhibit Hall.
The Passport Program directs attendees to your booth in the exhibit hall. When attendees get their passport card stamped by participating exhibitors they are eligible for special prize drawings in the exhibit hall. Reach your audience with this special and fun program. It's a great way to connect with attendees and drive foot traffic to your exhibit. $750.
Or for $250 more you can purchase a Premier Passport Program which also includes additional acknowledgment and your specific interactive question added to the passport book for all attendees to see.
